Shipping & Returns

 

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days from receipt via USPS for Domestic Shipments and Global Priority for International Shipments.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of all physical products and refund does not include shipping costs. We only accept items that have not been used or worn. Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice to the address below and the reason for your return.

CDs and DVDs may only be returned if factory sealed.

Exchange Policy

If your order was incorrectly fulfilled or flawed in any way, please contact us at info@christiancounseling.com , or at (877) 222-4551 and let us know. Unsatisfactory items will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. We will then send you the correct (or unflawed) item, along with a self addressed/stamped envelope for you to send the incorrect (or flawed) item back to us.
